Spend your weekend or vacation at the most beautiful hill of the lake  Balaton, in Badacsony!

We offer you our weekend-house with 3 bedrooms (3+2+2 bed), living room with  kichen counter, two bathrooms, big patio (open but covered terrace) in a nice garden. Carparking is available in the property. You can enjoy barbequeing in the garden!

There is no through traffic in the street. We, the owners don’t live on the property, so you can have  your privacy!

Our prices in 2021:

In the low season (April 1.- June 14.,  September 1.- November 1) :

 49.900HUF /night/ house (+ Tourism Tax)

In high season (June 15.-July 9. and August 22.-31.)

  59.900 HUF/night/ house (+ Tourism Tax)

Peak season (May 21.-25. and July 10.-August 21.

   69.900 HUF/night/ house (+ Tourism Tax)

Booking: In order to confirm a reservation you will need to transfer 50% of the total amount of the price for the days of the booking. The bank transfer costs will have to be paid by you.

General reservation rules:

Minimal renting time is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Prices include water, electricity, bedlinen, towels end-cleaning, but not tourism tax and heating, airconditioning.

We apply a deposit of 50.000 HUF  for damages, you get it back before leaving if the property is ok.

Our cancellation policy: if you happen to cancel 30-14 days before your arrival, you get back 50% of your reservation payment, shorter ntice:  0%.

You can arrive  2-5PM. In case you would be delayed, please, let us know in time!

On the last day we ask you to leave until 10 AM.
